Three Gets Me Promotion: Rules and Limitations
Play N Trade® Contest Official Rules
January 1, 2009 - February 28, 2009
PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Open to legal residents of the United State of America. Contest begins January 1, 2009 at 12:00PM and ends on February 28, 2009 at 12:00 PM (“Contest Period”). All times in this contest refer to Pacific Time.
TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter: 1) In Person: Visit any participating Play N Trade Video Games Store retail location between January 1, 2009 and February 28, 2009, trade-in three video games and be automatically be entered into a monthly drawing by providing your name, address, telephone number and email. OR 2) Mail Entry: On a plain 3" x 5" card, legibly hand-print your name, address, zip code, age, plus day and evening phone numbers with area codes and email address. Then, mail your completed entry form or 3" x 5" card in a first-class, stamped envelope to: Play N Trade Video Games c/o PNT Three Gets Me Contest Entry, 3400 Irvine Ave., Suite 205, Newport Beach, CA 92660. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entries must be received before 12 P.M. on February 28, 2009 to be eligible for the final drawing.
SELECTION OF WINNER AND ELIGIBLITY: There will be two separate drawings, one each month for the duration of the contest. All entries are eligible to win only in the month in which they were received. A winner will be selected at the end of each month in a random drawing by employees of Sponsors from all eligible entries on or about February 1, March 1, and 2009 and will be notified by the email address provided by the winner. By entering the contest, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the Contest itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are binding and final. Winner may be required to sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit and liability and publicity release within 14 days of notification. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Employees of Play N Trade Video Games, respective parent, subsidiary, affiliate Companies and advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible.
PRIZE: A five hundred dollar gift certificate redeemable at any of the Participating businesses will be awarded each month for the duration of the contest. The gift Certificate may be redeemed in multiple purchases but only at a single location. The total value of the prize is $500.00. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or great value at their sole discretion. All taxes and other expenses, costs or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize cannot be transferred by Winner or redeemed for cash and is valid only for services detailed above, with no substitution of prize by Winner. In the event this contest is terminated before the prize is awarded or if any prize is forfeited or unclaimed, Sponsors will randomly select from remaining eligible entries and alternate winner. If Winner’s Guest is a minor, Winner must be minor’s parent or legal guardian.
DISCLAIMER: Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the Contest and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize and releases Play N Trade Video Games, respective parent, subsidiary, affiliate Companies, advertising and promotion agencies, Participating Businesses and their respective officers, directors and employees from such liability, even if caused by their negligence. Sponsor is not responsible for any errors in any promotional or market materials, errors in these rules, for any human or electronic error, or for any entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, lost, late, damaged, or postage due. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner’s name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without any additional compensation.
ADDITIONAL RULES: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. This sweepstakes is sponsored by Play N Trade Video Games. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this promotion any person they believe had intentionally violated these rules. Sponsors reserve the right to alter/revise any and/or all elements, prize packages, dates, etc. of any said promotion, due to unforeseen circumstances, beyond corporate control, i.e., emergency programming interruptions, corporate merchandise partner unavailabilities, discontinued products, etc.
